MIND CONNECT
Amy will help you adjust what is needed in your thinking so that you may immediately feel better and more clear. She will help you create a plan on how to move forward while in alignment with what you desire. A personal hypnotic recording from this session is included.
MIND CONNECT is available to individuals and groups.

Introducing Mindfulness
Want to learn how to be more mindful? Introducing Mindfulness, also called Sundays with Amy, will provide the tools to help you develop mindfulness while supporting you to incorporate these techniques in your everyday life. This is designed for compact learning and immediate relief.
Session includes group discussion, guided visualization, and reflection.

Developing Mindfulness
Developing Mindfulness, is a four-week program that takes a more personalized approach. Sessions will be scheduled virtually, with Amy Arvary. Each session provides an opportunity to discuss what is holding you back or preventing you from living your best life. Amy will create a customized guided visualization and provide a reflection period that will help you adjust what is needed in your thinking so that you may immediately feel relief and clarity.

Mastering
Mindfulness
For those who have participated in our other sessions and/or want to meet one-on-one with Amy Arvary, Mastering Mindfulness is for YOU! This program allows you to meet, virtually or in-person, with Amy Arvary for 50-minutes on a regularly scheduled basis (monthly, quarterly) to help you master the higher level of alignment that you want to live your best life.

Custom Designed Workshops for Individuals
Interested in working with Amy for a custom workshop or event? From a girls’ weekend away to a Sunday Morning Meditation with your friend or just something different during your monthly book club gathering, Amy will work with you to create a custom workshop to fit your needs.


INSIDE OUT
Addresses the need for harmony within each of us, individually. This workshop explores the idea that we live in two worlds, simultaneously- the world inside us and the outside world. Our inside world controls our thoughts and feelings, creating our outside world which reflects those ideas. This workshop can be held virtually or at your home.

I AM FINE
Turn “I AM FINE” into “I AM FABULOUS”! This 90-minute workshop empowers us to connect to mindfulness, healing practices and affirmations to achieve a higher sense of self, purpose, and calm. Minimum of 8, maximum of 12 participants. This workshop can take place virtually or at your home.
