Developing Mindfulness, is a four-week program that takes a more personalized approach.

Sessions will be scheduled virtually, with Amy Arvary.

Each session provides an opportunity to discuss what is holding you back or preventing you from living your best life. Amy will create a customized guided visualization and provide a reflection period that will help you adjust what is needed in your thinking so that you may immediately feel relief and clarity.
